His first appearance as FBI agent Russ Josephson aired January 7, 2011 and he is now slated to return in April. The ex-husband of Jo Danville (Sela ward) Elliott's character is still quite smitten with his ex wife questioning their separation, they are divorced, and clearly sparks remain between them. In Elliott's encore appearance Russ returns to support Jo through a difficult family situation — as well as aid Mac with an ongoing murder investigation.
I cannot wait for DJE to reprise his role on CSI-NY as Russ Josephson.
